Yes all my headbands are one-size-fits-all. If you feel you have an extra small or large head, we are happy to customize a size for you, just contact us!
Hand wash and hang to dry. Or machine wash them on cold cycle and hang them to dry as well we recommend placing in a garment bag to keep separate.
Tracking is provided through USPS, if there are any issues with tracking or packages not received, this will need to be handled directly with your USPS office. If you have Route shipping protection, you may file a claim with them for a replacement. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged mail if Route Shipping Protection is not purchased
