A remote consultation is one where the Doctor and Patient are not in the same country,or the doctor has no schedule to receive the patient for body consultation. This could be by phone or video. Usually we are providing our international patients with 2 types of remote consultation Written consultation: means that we take care of communicating with the patient,collect all his medical records as well questions. Our translators will take care of translation from his native language to German language. Then based on statistics and rating collected in our data base we select the adequate doctor for the case We schedule the appointment with the doctor,inform the patient and the case will be treated urgently by the doctor. In many cases,we receive the final medical report within 3 to 5working days. His report will be translated into English and discussed over the phone with the patient. Our medical consultant will explain over the phone the consultation and recommendations of the doctor. If any therapies will be recommended so we will follow up for up to 3months for free. Price of distant consultation ranges from 250\u20ac to 1200\u20ac depends on the doctor selected and hospital. 1. BEFORE THE CONSULTATION<\/h3>

Our patient case manager take care of this step,they contact the patient\/his family get all information regarding his medical history, his current condition,symptoms and wishful results to achieve! Our doctors will Confirm that a remote consultation is clinically appropriate for this patient, at this time. As well the case will be shared with the doctor\/professor selected for the online consultation Usually,we mention the list of questions that the patient would like to ask,and then the doctor can study and review the case before starting the online consultation. Have our plan B in place such as rescheduling in case needed! For video decide on the platform to be used e.g. Healthdirect, Skype, Zoom, Facetime, WhatsApp etc. Inform the patient of any additional charges for a remote consult.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. STARTING THE CONSULTATION<\/h3>

3. DURING THE CONSULTATION<\/h3>

Usually this step takes between 35 min to 45min. The doctor will answer all the questions of the patient that he received in advance and clarify his opinion about the options of treatment of course if the patient or contact person will have any additional questions he can ask directly during the call.
